The Sloop is a traditional country pub, serving great British food, at an affordable price, in stunningly beautiful countryside.

It is a proper pub, with a busy public bar, a cosy dining room and a truly beautiful garden. We serve award-winning real ales and our menu offers British Pub Classics, delicious starters as well as children's favourites.

There are some bracing local walks (The Sussex Border and Ouse Valley walks pass our door). The Bluebell Railway and Sheffield Park Gardens are under a ten minute drive. So although we are satisfyingly off the beaten track, we are ideally positioned, to take advantage of some of the best attractions that Sussex can offer.
